Sexting the new crime de jour? Does anyone get the feeling we are reaching Nazi status in the US?Prosecuting stupid teenagers as sex predators.
In my opinion this is parent issue. I can't help thinking there's more motive in the prosector's office, growing bigger government to combat another epidemic social crime wave.
I understand pics can end up online in the wrong hands, but ruining teenagers lives for the rest of their life is extreme. Grouping teens with hardcore criminal sex predators is crazy. | the Niomi Wolfes documentary about how america is becoming a fascist state Wolf outlines ten steps that "closing societies" — such as Hitler's Germany and Mussolini's Italy — have historically followed. These steps, Wolf claims, are being observed in America now.
The steps are:
1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy. (9/11, Al Quada)
2. Create secret prisons where torture takes place. (Gitmo)
3. Develop a thug caste or paramilitary force not answerable to citizens. (BlackWater PMC)
4. Set up an internal surveillance system. (Wire Tapping)
5. Harass citizens' groups. (mass arrests of dem at protests and juring election)
6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release. (again, Gitmo is still used this way)
7. Target key individuals. (liberals, micheal moore duh :P dems, anarchists, communists)
8. Control the press. (FOX news is a perfect example, the best propoganda machine the GOP can buy)
9. Treat all political dissents to be traitors. (the red scare was basically all about this, little has changed)
10. Suspend the rule of law. (and..the ultimate act of fascism..The Patriot Act) | Is it me, or does 98.7% of hentai media plot-less, cliche, shallow, and empty? Alrighty, so I've stumbled upon the wonderful world of hentai just a few months ago. My slightly sick-minded friends told me to go and read this manga (forgot the title) and I did. Apparently my virgin mind could not handle the explicit scenes back then, and I nearly died from disgust. But I matured and decided to search for some more hentai, out of curiosity.
And I was slapped with cliche and plot-less results.
Hentai, Yuri, Yaoi, porn, or any type of sexual media doesn't faze or disgust me at all anymore. In fact, it makes me laugh to think that some people find this stuff appealing or even sexy. To me, it seems like a bunch of women (or men) making complete and utter fools of themselves as they announce their title as a free sex slave you can masturbate to or screw anytime you want. To me, it's just dishonorable to yourself, your reputation, and your psyche. (I'm a spiritual Confucius monk. Don't ask.)
Okay, this is beside the point...
Anyways, what I was trying to say was that it seems that there are so many hentai, manga and anime that are completely pointless. I mean, I know the main genre is sex and all, but can you at least add a bit of... growing intensity and emotion? I read this manga that was pure forty pages of sex scenes without any development! The woman in the story (an adolescent high-school girl) just asked her male classmate to go over and rub her breasts. And that ignited the sex. Really? You randomly rub your classmate's breasts and then start having sex in the nurse's office?
And this pisses me off the most. While she's riding him, she moans out "I LOVE YOU [insert name here]-kun!! AHH!!! *extreme orgasm*"
And he simply replies "I LOVE YOU TOO [insert name here]-chan!!! UGH!!!!! *extreme orgasm*"
*irritated sigh*
I hate it when people always mistaken lust for love. Those two do not love each other! They may love each other's bulging/soaking wet genitalia at that moment, but when they put on their school clothes after that escapade, nothing is there between them. It's emptiness. It's like eating a delicious chocolate cake with loads of sweet icing with no actual cake inside.
Most of the hentai are cliche, have no plots, and are simply... exaggerated. Nobody would have a vibrating dildo in their vagina during a test. Nobody would touch themselves while their teachers are giving history lectures.
And the sex is always lustful and empty. I know hentai is abou sex, but can it have a little meaning or connection sometimes? There is no love or gentleness, just hardcore adrenaline and pathetic lust. (not to mention, some of the sex is between pubescent girls and horny forty year olds. and sometimes it's even between a mother and her son. REALLY? YOU WOULD BE AS CRUEL AND AS DUMB AND AS ABUSIVE AS A MOTHER TO MAKE YOUR OWN SON- YOUR FLESH AND BLOOD, START LICKING INSIDE OF YOU?!!!! NO WAY!!!!)
...
for the record, I'd rather have sex the old-fashioned way: gently, tender, and WITH SOME FREAKING EMOTION LIKE, I DUNNO- ACTUAL LOVE AND DEVOTION TO YOUR PARTNER!!!!
*panting like a donkey in a desert*
And you do NOT NEED TO HAVE SEX TO TIE YOUR BOND OF LOVE WITH YOUR PARTNER! HELL, I'D PREFER NO SEX AT ALL AND JUST PURE SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, AND MENTAL CONNECTION! IT'S MORE HEARTFELT AND LOVING THAN BANGING A BRICK WALL THEY HAVE NO LOVE FOR... WHICH IS BASICALLY WHAT MOST OF THE HENTAI CHARACTERS DO!!
............................
Whew. What a speech. Anyways, answer below. Cheerios! | woah, uhh lol furgot the question *scrolls back up*ok ^_^ i see where you get that feeling of a pointless plot, i guess its more of a stright-up 99% now. the main aspect of hentai, or overall porn (though i'd rather use the word eroticas) was, and still is, the sex and other vulgar acts; cant blame the creators for that. and recently (i'm just taking a guess on this since i don't watch it at all) they've been throwing some, if any bit of, story into it as to make it less, sex *fap* sex *fap* ">.> but they haven't given any strong thought of how they would lead the characters into sex and such, making the whole story, as you said bfore, plot-less, cliche, shallow, and empty.
So overall: yea i agree with you
p.s.
lol still think'n that u should've just said 99% x3 | OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP? ok so i am a 16 year old girl and i am having trouble in science and my teacher told me to meet him in his office after school so we can discuss this problem i am having. so when it was the end of the day i went down to his office and he told me to come in and shut the door behind me. then he went to get "something" behind me and he locked the door and closed the blinds and windows, so then he put the key for the door in his back pocket. so then he sat back down and moved his chair closer to mine, and kept smiling at me, so then after about 5 minutes of us talking about science. he dropped his pencil "by accident" and it rolled under my chair , and i went to get it. so then i went on my hands and knees and bent down , and since i was wearing a short skirt the teacher saw my thong riding up. then he made a groan noise and he ran to me and grabbed my boobs and started kissing my neck and he ripped my panites off, and took off my short skirt and unbuttoned my shirt and pulled my boobs out and he picked me up and threw me on the desk , and started to have sex with me and it was REALLY hardcore!!! like VERY, he was all sweaty , and i was making him do it faster .. i didnt mean too i guess i just turn him on ... anyway i kinda liked it ..... o and btw he is in his mid twenties | YOU WISH!
Well you have a good imagination anyway.

tell your parents! | HELP! What is your opinion of my landlord's behavior? I have a strange little landlord, from whom i rent a small one bedroom attic apartment on the third floor of a house. I have a decent sized bedroom (with out a real closet), a super duper small bathroom (barely big enough to navigate in, especially with the slanted ceiling, with no bath-just a small walk-in shower), & a kitchen. The kitchen is pretty small. I have a sink (it is hard to wash dishes with the slanted ceiling), a super small counter (which is hard to use because of the slanted ceiling), and a fridge. I created & decorated my own cabinets & for dishes, and use a bookshelf for a pantry. I have a small dining table in there as well. I went into detail as of the size for the last part of the question at the end.
My point thus far is that the place is already pretty tight in space, but i make it work. The reason i had justified it so far is, that, like i said, the bedroom is a decent size, the rent is pretty cheap, and i have hardly any sort of bug problems (which is very important to me).
My problem is my landlord. He has been a really nice guy, though kind of weird. When i first looked at this place, i told him, that if i move here, you can't be dropping by all the time, and knocking on my door . I rent from you-that's it. You are not my dad, boss, or friend. The last place i lived in, he landlord dropped by a lot, sometimes entering with his own key, if i didn't answer the door or phone. And he had no reason. I payed my rent on time & everything. He was crazy. So i made sure my current landlord knew that this type of behavior was purely unacceptable, & illegal from the start, before i agreed.
Okay, so he is really friendly with me. Just the other day, he said i am gorgeous when i answered the door, and started blushing hardcore. That alone does not bother me. But ever since i move here over a year ago, he is always "working on something" right outside my door. So he constantly makes noise, but that doesn't bother me as much as the fact that he is constantly right outside my door! And he justifies it because of his "projects" that NEVER STOP! Once one is done, it is time for ANOTHER! and ANOTHER!
So, i have been thinking, great! now he has done everything that he can do! Now he will hang out at his house or some one else's house, & i will have privacy....But NO-the plot thickens. Now, he wants to TEAR down part of my very small apartment to create an "office" for himself. An "OFFICE"???? It would be a very small office, and what would he do there? I can picture him now, sitting at his little desk, waiting for his cell to ring. This is ridiculous. He wants to sit right outside my door, and have a permanent excuse to be near me. Aye yie yie. Why does he want an office on the third floor of an attic next to a tenant??? This is unacceptable. This means, practically every time i walk out my door i could see him. No privacy. If i have guests over, we will walk by my little landlord and make introductions. He will be able to hear us talk through the thin walls. What if i get a boyfriend/husband & want to have wild, hot sex... he will hear us having orgasms. Is this not inappropriate/strange?
When i see him he keeps telling me about his plan, so i avoid him. He calls, knocks on the door-you name it. The other day, I answered my door in my towel & hair dye in my hair, & he just walks in & starts talking about his plan. I had to tell him, look this is not a good time. I have told him, that it would not work because, as it it i am tight on space. Then he says, he would create storage OUTSIDE my apartment. I don't need storage - i need living space. i don't want to have to walk out of my apartment by his little office every time i make something to eat by grabbing food & a dish to eat on. He has already started the construction on his office (it is very noisy by the way), but i am avoiding him because he doesn't listen. I am also thinking, what will it be like when he tears open my apartment? My walls will be open? This is crazy. I know there has to be a law against this? Has anyone had an experience like this or happen to know anything about this that might help me? I am planning on moving but can not afford to at the very second.
One other weird thing about this landlord is that sometimes if i don't answer the door he just walks in to access the water heater. Last time, fortunately i had the bedroom door closed, but what if i was naked or in the shower or something else personal?? I have a problem with my landlord seeing me naked &/or hearing/seeing my personal life. Other than all of this weird behavior, i like him, but I have to do something, & quick about this tearing down the walls for an “office” thing. | | First thing is get a second lock and use it whenever you are home. He may not walk in at his convenience. Ever! It sounds like you do have a written lease, so he may not reduce your living space. Only after the lease expires and re-negotiation may he do anything other then required maintenance. And then only scheduled in advance with your approval. I see others have touched on just how creepy this guy is. I will only reinforce that perception. You need to look carefully for spyware and peep holes. If this guy is up to what I think he is, you have criminal grounds to have him arrested. Then you can own the building and move downstairs into the nicer areas of the house. Of course, only after you fumigate the place to remove all hints of this perv. | Is this normal conversation for a teacher? Let me start by saying that this is something I have been struggling with for a few days, and i am not sure what to think. ((I am going to warn you and apologize in advance that this is going to be long! )) I want your opinions, especially if you are a teacher!
I have a teacher that I am slightly concerned about his conversation with me. For this entire year, I have been tutored after school and in homeroom by this particular teacher because I am not very good in his class. I sincerely want to learn, so I had arranged my schedule so that I could have him for homeroom since I wasn't always able to come after school. Every morn, we would go over the information to his class, needless to say, we spent a lot of time together in his homeroom doing this. He would usually stoop down right at my desk or even lean directly over me at my desk (when I say directly, I mean from behind completely over me...if i were to sit up I would have hit him), he never touched me though he would come very close. He would ask me if it was okay to be that close, and would usually appologize for being so close and would stress how he likes his personal space. (Just a note, he always had the opition of an overhead projector or a blackboard) Anyways, I never thought anything of it and didnt really mind it, and I still dont really think its a big deal. Just want to give you the story as a whole.
Well this went on through out the year, and on occasion I would spend an hour or so after school for tutoring. Usually we would be alone in his office. Afterwords, as I waited to be picked up, we would usually just talk about anything. Usually we would just talk about anything from politics to future careers...stuff like that. I would usually impress him, unintentionally, with my accomplishments in business as well as my views and argues on politics and things of that nature.
This very last time that I stayed after, I stayed for about an hour and a half or so. We only reviewed for about an hour, but my mom was about a half an hour away by the time we were done. As I went to walk out, he walked in his office and I stood in the door waiting for him to finish what he was saying. When I went to leave, he invited me in saying "lets just talk". I didnt have anything to do, so I walked in and he asked me what I wanted to talk about. I said I didnt know, so he asked me if I had a boyfriend. No but almost, and he asked why and who was the "almost". I told him that this guy was a jerk.
He then started on how all men are jerks, but to different degrees (no offense to you guys...I didnt say that!). *Then, out of no where, he starts to say 'this is why you shouldnt have sex with just anybody.' He said '"you can never find the 'right' person have sex with, unless you are married of course." (I still dont really know what it had to do with the conversation...if you were there, you would know it really didnt fit into what he was saying. And he had actually brought this up before with me.)
He went on to tell me that even though he was raised 'hardcore Catholic', he didnt "make it" through high school. He continued to say how he regrets it and you cant crave something you've never had. I was, as expected, very uncomfortable through this particular part of the conversation. Thinking back, I probably should have said something, but I kept quiet and waited for it pass. Which it did.
In my opinion, this is a little more than I needed to know. Now, I dont know if this is normal conversation with teacher and I am just making a mountain out of a mole hill here. I have never really sat down with a male teacher and talked.
I have to wonder, though, because this teacher is very open with us. He is very open about his DUI (he's not proud, but regrets it), and the fact that he has Dyslexia and ADD. He has mentioned the whole "you cant find the right person" thing before to my class as a whole. He is also brutally honest with us, which I like about him...so I dont know if you think this is the norm or not?
I am 16. My teacher is 25. I dont really know what to think about this.
I have always trusted this teacher but been cautious when I was alone with him. Reading some of the other teacher problems, it doesnt really sound that bad. But something is telling me that this wasnt right. My school is out, and he is not going to be at my school next year, but he is still doing tutoring outside of school and I still need help in this particular subject. I was thinking of taking him as a tutor.
Please let me know what you think on this, I want to know your opinion! Am i making too much out of this? | Frankly...I think you already have your answer (whether it was odd or not) you don't feel comfortable with him. It has very little to do with what the teacher has done or not done but what your feelings are about it. If it's all innocent chatter then so be it but if it wasn't then don't push your luck on avoiding the topic up front. If you need a tutor then I would either find another one or try to make it a group thing as I'm sure there are more then one person struggling.
As a teacher we do sometimes get a little too friendly with students depending on their age. We spend a lot of time with you and the "guyren" now are a lot more mature which makes those lines between student and teacher fuzzy. Even when I was a student, I never had a 'teacher' that resembled ANYONE I could be friendly with. They were all older women and men that kept their distance. Now a days it's more relaxed and the age difference isn't as pronounced.
I've been teaching university 6 years in China and I see many student/teacher relationships, but I also see many that are non sexual but still inappropriate as well. | Question regarding planned parenthood funding cuts? So I'm not really making this out to be a huge argument or political discussion but I need to know we heard a rumor in my government class today that they may be cutting funding to Planned Parenthood in California which would apparently hit them really hard me and my girlfriend have been going there for awhile because her mom is a doctor at her medical office and we rely on private medical help from PLP and its our only way to avoid pregnancy (don't tell me not to have sex, its modern age people deal with it were 17) the point is her current prescription of BC pills is for 9 months and we need to get the next prescription filled when these ones are out what will we do if PLP is not available or not supplying birth control anymore? People need to realize its a family planning organization and not strictly abortions, some people just need the extra help and as you can see from our situation we have no other alternatives I think that its a good idea that the government fund this particular program for teenagers just so we have the extra help, Im not on either side of the political spectrum I really dont give a sh*t about politics but these republicans are starting to seem really hardcore on little things, all right wing and like anti-everything I love America and I have friends serving overseas, a cousin too but I dont agree with how the right wing religious people view younger people having sex, is it really their right or buisiness to tell us what to do just because its wrong before marriage in their religion? HELP. | Unfortunately it's true, the republicans are trying to hit Planned Parenthood, but not just in CA. It's being done on a federal level. Just keep voicing your opinion and facts, only 3% of the services provided there are abortions and this is an attack on women's health care. Not to mention the HYDE amendment prohibits any federal funds from going directly to abortion. But people hear abortion and they don't care about the vital health services like cancer screenings and STD treatment that are provided.
There are also bills being introduced on a state level that targets abortion as well, in Nebraska, Georgia and a few others. Personal morals should be just that, but there will always be those who try to impose theirs on others and pretend that the private decisions of others affects them.
This is the republicans waging a war of distraction to fire up their base because they have no other policies going for them. | New york city, gentrified and overrated? I came to NYC during the 80's and 90's, the cultural explosion of the city was everywhere.... diversity and color was everywhere, mom and pop's stores were all over.
Al's pizza, mario's colombian kitchen, 78th street bakery etc. etc. those type of places are gone, from what I am seeing now, it's all mcdonalds, burger king, starbucks and all these important food chains.
It's rather disappointing and to my surprise no one is from new york anymore, everyone seem to be a recollection of annoying yuppies from the midwest, or some annoying yuppy from texas who moved here one year ago and thinks he's a hardcore new yorker and so on.
it's becoming so sterile!!! I can't find the blue collars ethnic enclaves from before where you could just go into a complete new different world by walking a couple of blocks, now it's all office buildings and high class boring white people that think NYC should be a carbon copy of sex in the city and desperate housewives!!!
They had an awesome bakery and coffee shop ran by struggling artists and college students... IT'S GONE!!! now there is a subway sandwich store and a starbucks next to it.... WHY???? WHY DID REAL NEW YORKERS ALLOWED THEIR CITY TO BECOME LIKE THIS?
it seems the new new york is buenos aires Argentina, where you can find all those contradictions and fast paced living of a real metropolis, NYC became too suburban whitey upper class gold player polo shirt annoying!
I was told some locals (who come out are not even new yorkers but midwest transplants), wanted the battery park drummers who have been there for ages to be kicked out of the park because it would create a lot of noise.... I mean WTF!!! NYC is becoming like another American sh1thole city. | I thought I would not be on YAs again but could not help but respond to this question..
I am a born and raised New Yorker and still live in New York City. The City never really recovered from the urban decay (crime, financially strapped, etc.) in the 1970s. In those days it was very bleak and any kind of gentrification is always good. I remember a decent NYC neighborhood that turned into a slum in less than 10 years. Real New Yorkers want to live in a clean and safe City. They do not care if there is diversity or not because it is not and never will be important. They just want to live as normal human beings . The City is not there for the artists, tourists, or “out of towners”.
As for diversity in mom and pop restaurants and stores, they are still there. Try going into Brooklyn and Queens, where the majority of the real New Yorkers live. You will find the blue collar ethnic enclaves you looking for. As for all the office buildings and high class boring white people, there is simply nothing wrong with that. If boring white people choose to live that way then it is their choice and they are not bothering anybody. I rather see clean and modern office buildings than rundown buildings.
New York City is now too Americanized and Americans annoy the living hell out of Draga? Well, New York City is an American city and it should be like any decent American city. The City is not becoming like another American rundown city because it was always an American rundown city since the 1970s. The City needs to be Americanized more but that is not really what is happening. And there is just not enough upper class white areas filled with boring Golf obsessed individuals with their daughters named Malibu. However, Draga is correct in that real New Yorkers are leaving too and they are being replaced by irritating yuppies from other parts of the country that do not have a connection with the City. That is because of the high cost of living that most middle-Income New Yorkers have no choice but to move out.
As for having quite parks, almost all real New Yorkers want this. They do not want loud and annoying music at 1:00 AM even on a Saturday. People are sleeping.
In short, gentrification is good because it is needed to improve the City. There is also nothing wrong with white people coming from different parts of the world to live in the City. If they have the money and are allowed in then it is okay. There is no law that says they cannot live in City.
Edit:
Ana,
New York City is not Europe nor a haven for Europeans, artists, tourists, “out of towners”, immigrants, Asians, South Americans, or anyone else. Whether it is cosmopolitan or not is totally unimportant. It is first a home town, which a lot of people from outside the City do not realize. So Manhattan is full of tasteless, boring, and white Americans as you say. What is wrong with that? It is not hurting anybody and it is not against the law.
Anyway, I wish Manhattan was full of tasteless, boring, and white Americans because I just do not see that. I see a lot of foreigners from Europe, South America, and Asia. And I am not being prejudice because New York City is an American city and there should always be more Americans than non-Americans.
For once think about how the native born New Yorkers think and feel. It will surpass on how all the hippies and artists think and feel. | Harry Reid and his Obama '"light skinned" African-American with no ***** dialect" comment? Now this has struck me as an interesting topic because I know that hardcore republican's have been in uproar about this while democrats are quick to point out that Reid has been on Obama's side and has "no racism in him."
What I want to say about this is different though and something that came to mind as I was listening to the Thom Hartmann show in which he had callers voicing their opinions about it all. Here is my opinion about the whole fiasco and I would like to see responses or views about the opinion that I have which is about the dialect.
Many of us know by now that what's shown in the media is now taken as what people should like or enjoy. What I mean is having sex without being married, the clothes we wear follow what is seen on tv, the amount of people in sports that have tons of money and use this money to buy houses, cars, etc.
On all main stream channels on the television and the radio the way that people talk and present themselves is how they are seen as intelligent. For years the announcers talk in a clear dialect without any drawl unless they are say, a specific show or for a specific sport. For example, many of the commentators for hockey talk in a way that would make you think they were from Canada or Minnesota. But to the person that doesn't deal with a dialect other than their own, they may feel that the person speaking is unintelligent. Question to all the people from the city. If you heard someone from the southern states with a twang in their voice talk what would your first feelings be about their intelligence? Or would you turn of the television or the radio because you aren't use to their way of talking.
Here's another example, when you hear someone from Britain talking in their dialect do you feel they are smarter than you or does it aggravate you and make you not want to try to listen to it?
I guess what I'm trying to get at is in this day and age if we have anyone that's in the office of the President they had best use a dialect that is easily understandable and doesn't make people perceive that the president is stupid.
What do you all think?
news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100109/ap_o… | | Liberal Hypocrisy. | Is this true love or not? I'm really confused about my relationship with this woman. I'm a 42 year old man who had a rough upbringing. I've been to jail twice. After I got out 14 years ago, I found a niche as an agent for struggling actresses through my connections in both businesses and the underworld. A lot of them are doing drugs. If they're desperate enough, I introduce them to the adult industry and escorting on the side. Business was good.
Around a year ago, a plain looking, stocky 18 year old girl fresh out of high school came into my office and told me she wanted to be an actress. I tried to maintain my composure and explained to her that it would be hard for her to make it. She was too short for the runway, too fat for Hollywood, and quite frankly too ugly for art modelling. That basically leaves the adult industry. She said she desperately needed some money and would do whatever it takes to be an actress, even topless modelling. I got mad and said "you're a f*king mangled mess. Just absolutely too f*king ugly to ever make any kind of money off this whole showing ur t*tts thing. Soon ur gonna be desperate enough to start chugging c*kk juice on camera to try to make ends meet. It’s just a matter of time before I see video of ur sh*ttpipe being stretched and gaped by a massive c*kk for a few hundred dollars and another hit of meth."
She started to cry and I softened up. I made a profile for her on modelmayhem and suggested that she should do some adult modelling first, a few months later I got her into doing hardcore. She has all sorts of emotional problems and is very vulnerable. She's also addicted to antidepressants and prescription drugs. But I actually feel sorry for her and genuinely care about her. I even let her move in to my place last month because she's broke and lonely.
Recently I began to get jealous when I'm on set watching her perform and banned her from escorting altogether. It's something I never felt toward any of the other girls. I obviously had sex with her before (quite a few times actually), but when it started I didn't really think much of it. Now it got a whole new different meaning. Am I falling in love for the first time in my life? | | maybe. loves hard to tell. I feel bad for her though. |
