| What is everyones views on a walking harness or wrist strap for toddlers? My baby has just started walking and I was just wondering what the pros and cons were for using a walking harness/strap when she is out of her pram. |
| You get funny looks but I'd rather have judgemental strangers rudely staring at me than have my guy lost or guynapped. I have a 5 yr old who is very large 54lbs, and 46" so he looks like a 1st grader and he wears one a harness @ times to keep him safe. He is autistic, and although he can talk a little he does not answer to his name usually and he does have ADD. We get judged all the time. He is too big to ride in a shopping cart. I do put him in the stroller sometimes too because its easier and lighter and cheaper than a wheelchair. He also has cerebral palsy. He looks like a typical guy although he is far from it. So to other parents out there, when you see a guy who is much too big for something probably its because the guy has issues so try to refrain from judging. Another parent on here of an autistic 11 yr old her son gets shamed all the time for carrying a babydoll. Honestly what an idiot for thinking an 11 yr old 100+ lb boy is typical while carrying a toy that is usually associated with 2 or 3 yr old girls? | What is the best strap on harness? I am a female. I have one harness that is okay, but it is kinda flimsy and I don't like having to hold the dildo while I am using it. | My advice is to not buy a harness that goes up your butt crack because it's very uncomfortable. And also make sure the front of the harness is padded because otherwise the dildo smacks into you. | Do you strap your dog in the car? On Tuesday, I was driving to the vet to pick up my puppy- he was neutered that day. | There's a few harnesses that are considered plus size, but I don't know you're hip or waist measurement, so I added links to ones I found that might work for ya. Another thing I can suggest that works just as well is this using the men's Jockey underwear 2-3 sizes small. They're VERY stretchy, so you might be able to fit into a L or XL. I'm probably a size smaller then you, and use a M. You can get Jockey underwear at Walmart, they sell them for like $5.88 a pair. The ones you'd wanna get have a look almost like hot pants with a button fly. Anyway, you use the Jockeys with a toy that has a wide base, like a Mr Bendy or something similar. It works great (trust me). Either way, you should still get a Mr Bendy because it'll work with a harness or Jockeys. Your girl will love you for it, lol. |
